Dr. Karl M. Hamner, President of KMH Consulting, Inc., is an evaluation and program development expert with extensive experience in the health and social welfare fields. Dr. Hamner received his Ph.D. in Sociology in 1993 from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and has extensive experience conducting research and evaluations on community health issues. He has received funding from a wide range of agencies and has served as a research and evaluation consultant to numerous agencies and organizations, including the Kaweah Delta Healthcare District, the Vanderbilt University Medical Center and the Minnesota Department of Health.
